20 Years of Passion for Budajenő Living.
We didn't just build this community; we chose it for our own home. Discover the history and the future of the final six exclusive plots in Hilltop II.
A Modern Sanctuary in the Heart of Hungary.
Hilltop I & II began as a visionary residential development in Budajenő, designed with a modern, American-style infrastructure and an elegant neighborhood feel. Today, the community consists of approximately 150 real estates.
As the original developers, we sold most of the plots to private owners but purposefully kept the very best for something truly special. These last 6 plots represent the "crown jewels" of the development, where we are now creating a grand project of unmatched luxury.
Why This Location?
Located on the border of Budajenő, Hilltop II ensures a permanent connection to nature with no future construction to block your view.

Respect for Surroundings
Our goal is to maximize the views for each villa while strictly respecting the natural environment that makes this area so unique.
Living the Dream
We fell in love with this area over 20 years ago and have been dedicated to its growth ever since. A few years ago, we built our own home here. When you choose one of these final six plots, you aren't just buying from a developer—you are joining a community we are proud to call home.
